Do you offer FREE local pick up in Calgary?

Of course! Simply choose the LOCAL PICK UP option during checkout to eliminate the shipping charge. You will receive an email  with pick up instructions once it is ready to go. Pick up is in the SW Calgary community of Evergreen.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. This way we can help more animals and keep donating to various animal organizations!

We do offer exchanges on un-used, un-washed and in perfect condition products within 10 days of shipping. We will exchange your order however customer is responsible for returning and paying the new shipping cost.

How long does shipping usually take?

All items are shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Non Tracked Parcels in Canada typically take 5-10 business days to arrive.

Tracked Parcels take 1-7 business days to arrive.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and we unfortunately cannot guarantee them. We use various shipping providers that have various turn around times.

Please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping options.

IMPORTANT: Please note that any shipments that leave Canada may be subject to applicable duties and taxes, and are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. The Purchaser is responsible for all fees, duties, customs and taxes upon delivery.

Take it 'N' Leave it is not responsible for lost or delayed packages, or custom/delivery taxes. Please contact your post office to inquire about lost packages. If your package is returned to us we will refund your purchase less shipping costs.

How does the apparel fit? Are size charts available?

Each listing will have a size chart attached in the photos. Information regarding the fit can also be found in the write up of each item.

When measuring for the correct shirt size. Lay a current one out completely flat and measure arm pit to arm pit. This will give you an accurate chest measurement.
